This past Sunday, Fr. Paul was not feeling well. Sadly we had to cancel Christian Ed and Holy Communion. Please keep him and the many other members who are under the weather in your prayers.
Despite many illnesses, area flooding, and high winds, several of us were able to gather for Morning Prayer services led by Fr. Mike. Thank you Fr. Mike for the beautiful service!
After services we enjoyed a delicious Mexican themed lunch provided by Ambler, Jessica, Rosalind, and Jim. We enjoyed enchiladas, Mexican chicken soup, black bean/mango salad, chips & dip, quesadillas, and Tres leches cake. Thank you to everyone for the delicious food and wonderful company - another great Sunday at St. Peters in spite of all the challenges!

Next Sunday, February 23, Fr. Paul will be attending a funeral in Nashville. Bp. Jones has given permission for Fr. Mike to lead our Holy Communion service on that Sunday! Please note Christian Education is cancelled.

On Sunday March 2, Fr. Paul will resume his series of Christian Education classes about Anglicanism.

On Sunday March 2, the children's Sunday School class will resume at 9:15. We are using the program produced by the APA - "The Life of Christ - From Bethlehem to Emmaus".

Between Fr. Paul being under the weather and the extremely cold weather expected later this week, all activities from Monday 2/17 through Saturday 2/22 are cancelled including office hours, daily prayer, low mass, server training, choir practice, Bible study, etc.
Choir rehearsal and Bible Study will resume on Thursday March 6.

Lent Begins - Create and Make in us new and contrite hearts . . .
 Shrove Tuesday, commonly known as Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras, marks the end of the pre-Lenten season, with Lent starting on Ash Wednesday. Traditionally, pancakes are served on Shrove Tuesday. Please join us for pancakes, bacon, and beverages as well as fellowship and lively conversation on Tuesday, March 4 at 5 pm. We hope to see you there!
Please join us at 5 pm, March 5 as we observe the beginning of Lent at our Ash Wednesday Service. Fr. Paul will lead the service.
